HOF Based Address Update

Update your Aadhar address using your Head of Family's documents.

Required Documents
  • Relationship Proof (Birth Cert/Marriage Cert/Passport)
  • HOF's Original Aadhar Card
  • Self Declaration Form (Signed by HOF)
  • Mobile Linked with both Aadhar Cards
Note: If you don't have Relationship Proof, you can use the UIDAI Standard Self-Declaration format.
How it Works?
Step 1: Application

Login to our portal and upload HOF details and Relationship proof.

Step 2: HOF Approval

HOF needs to approve the request on UIDAI portal within 30 days.

Step 3: Completion

After approval, Aadhar address will be updated within 7-15 days.
