1. General Rule

At Ajay Digital Seva, we strive to provide efficient services. Generally, service fees once paid are non-refundable because government fees are deducted immediately upon application submission.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Transaction Failure: If money is deducted from your account but the application was not generated.
• Double Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same service request ID.
• Service Rejection by Us: If we cannot process your application due to technical issues on our end (before government submission).

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact support with your Transaction ID. Valid refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original source of payment.
